empathy and bitlbee need number certification every time.

This make it severe to use them.

bitlbee apparently doesn't save account settings correctly unless you also declare them as protocol options (which isn't really correct per se, and they would show up in the Pidgin GUI for instance if I did that). I guess it would be possible to add them as options for bitlbee only so it saves them correctly.
