URL might have changed
Server might have changed to ga2.line.naver.jp. I saw this URL in PropertiesConst class of Android Line app.

LINE actually uses multiple server addresses. I believe the "a" in "ga2" might originally be for "Android", and the "d" in "gd2" for "desktop". Even some weird variations such as "gd2u" exist. The client will sometimes try to connect to those if the main address is unreachable.
I don't think it makes a difference which address you use, they probably only exist for load balancing purposes.
